So It Begins...

There’s nothing terribly original about a therapist writing about therapy, but I’m not sure that what I intend on sharing isn’t still worth being shared. For now this space is where I plan to share articles that I find noteworthy, posts from other writers and therapists that say something worth being highlighted or repeated, and my own thoughts about the work I do as well as issues that I, as many of you, struggle to understand.
If you’ve heard it all before, then maybe what I share here is a good reminder. If not, then hopefully something that I share within these entries provides some education, validation, guidance, or just makes you feel a little less alone.
